SHIPPING

• Once full payment is received I will send your item via New Zealand Post within 1-3 working days. There are some items that need to be ordered and will take up to two weeks to process (mainly A1 or larger prints) but I will let you know if their is any delay with your order.

I cannot guarantee shipping times. International orders are sent via Air Mail and do not have tracking numbers.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details
• If the item is damaged during postage please let me know within 3 days after delivery of your order and I will replace it for you. The item will need to be returned to me at your cost but I will send you the replacement and I will pay the postage.
• Refunds will be given if an order is cancelled before the item has been shipped.
• There are no refunds on items that have been returned due to unpaid customs fees.
• There are no refunds or replacements on goods damaged due to deterioration over time.
• Please remember that different monitors show colors differently.

Sunrise at one of Gent’s most famous views.

After 2 days of grey weather, the last morning in Gent rewarded all my previous failed attempts with a banger. One of those sunrises that last forever and keeps on giving. The sky does not clear up often here in winter but when it does… Amai!
